“I just had a Goodman Heat and Air unit istalled by your installer, Jake on 7/23/13. We recognized right away he had many years experience and knew what he was doing. Even though, we shrugged at the expense of a new unit, having priced them already, Jake was able to provide us with a well known product at a much lower cost and installed it less than 24 hours later. Great Customer Service!

I emailed A-1 American early this morning to find out what to do about my clogged drain. I got a response within 10 minutes with the note that somebody would contact my shortly – boom, one of their associates called me, set up the appointment, got the technician out by 10:30, and took care of the problem. The two techs were fast and friendly. I had to post a review because I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and customer service. I work in customer service so REALLY appreciate when I meet other companies that take their job seriously and try to make a positive difference. Well done!

Great Job!

I tried to fix a faucet and messed up. A-1 American sent out John who fixed my problem. He was so kind and so professional that I want to thank him and let everyone know how good the company is! He had to go out and purchase a new faucet for me, and he even let me choose the cost range! I HIGHLY recommend this company to all!
